Empowering island women and upcycling discarded fish skin into luxury fashion under the creative direction of renowned designer Pili Luna.

Operating under the motto "Empowering women and recycling for a better future," the Loving Hearts (Corazones Solidarios) program is the flagship social initiative of the Roatán Fashion Show. This program goes beyond traditional charity by establishing a tangible circular economy and offering sustainable home-based entrepreneurship opportunities for local women, prioritizing single mothers and female heads of household.

Under the creative direction of renowned designer Pili Luna, participants are certified in an innovative artisanal method: upcycling discarded fish skin from the local industry into high-value raw materials used for luxury accessories, shoes, and purses. The program's operational model allows these women to work from their homes, perfectly accommodating their family responsibilities.

The emotional climax of this training was the official graduation and certification ceremony held at the Event Hall of the Paradise Beach Hotel in West Bay. Today, 88 active participants have successfully transitioned into certified artisans who are generating autonomous income and presenting their commercial collections on the global runway.
